Organized by the Tille and Ignon Valleys Tourist Office, this festive gourmet day celebrates Burgundy truffles, an iconic local product, through tastings, demonstrations, and activities. Visitors to this 20th edition enjoyed the many activities that punctuated the day: a fresh truffle market, the induction ceremony of the Confrérie de la Truffe de Bourgogne (Burgundy Truffle Brotherhood), demonstrations of truffle hunting with a truffle dog, dance performances, a gourmet market… Everything came together to awaken the senses! The wine and truffle tasting, the truffle menu offered by the Par’Is commercial union (new for 2025) and the traditional giant omelet from the Confrérie de la Truffe de Bourgogne were unanimously praised and delighted food lovers! The day ended with music from the band Roue Libre. See you in October 2026 for the next edition!
