Demi-journée découverte de la truffe de Bourgogne

Organised by the Office de tourisme des vallées de la Tille et de l’Ignon, in partnership with the Truffes 21/71 association, the half-day Burgundy truffle discovery event takes place exclusively during the ripening period of the Burgundy truffle, between September and December. Visitors are welcomed at 9.30am with a truffle-hunting demonstration, followed at 11am by a presentation on the Burgundy truffle by the Truffes 21-71 association. Finally, a wine-truffle (or alcohol-free) tasting will be offered at 12pm by the O dix d’Is caterer. This half-day event is for groups of 10 people minimum and 30 people maximum. Bookings should be made at the Tourist Office.
