Atelier de Marc Jeudy – Photographie

Marc JEUDY is the 3rd generation of the profession and exhibits his photographic work in his gallery in Villecomte. By appointment, he offers tours of the gallery, his studio and his laboratory!
He is one of the last to use the old "metal bending" technique. This consists of depositing metals on silver salts, which react by colouring according to the amount of metal. Gold gives shades of red and purple, silver shades of brown, and iron shades of blue and green. Colours produced by chemical reactions last over time, unlike colours produced by dyes.
