Lavoir de Courtivron

The movable-floor washhouse was used to adapt to the many variations in water caused by the forge and then the spinning mill. Until around 1861, there was a forge and a swift in Courtivron. An oil mill and a mill have also disappeared. In 1858, a cotton mill employed 140 workers.
