Moulin de Bonvent
En quelques mots
My great-grandparents, grandparents and parents all farmed the land in Bonvent, a small hamlet in the heart of the Côte d'Or in Burgundy, and it is now my turn to proudly continue the family tradition.
Our land now covers 296 hectares and we have started the conversion to organic farming in 2020.
A real challenge motivated by a fed up with chemical products and the diktats of the food industry which favours quantity, industrial standards and economic profits over quality: we would now do as we please, in total harmony with nature.
Since then, we have been doing our utmost to offer you the best of our land: natural and living wheat, with good taste, no chemicals and naturally low gluten content.
