- 1 bedroom (1 double bed) on the mezzanine, opening onto a kitchen/living room area
- 1 double sofa bed in the lounge/TV room
- 1 bathroom
- 1 WC
- 1 dressing room

All on a property enclosed by an eclectic gate around a majestic lime tree. You have access to the swimming pool and pool house with BBQ, lounge, bathroom/WC, garden and outdoor games room.
You have access to the entire property, except for our house... Garden, swimming pool, pool house, outdoor games room...

Other remarks:
- We live on site, so expect to bump into us from time to time.
- 1 dog, 6 hens and 2 tortoises on site but everyone knows their limits, they won't bother you (especially the tortoises!)
- Noisy parties prohibited
