Le Vallon

In the Ignon valley, this completely renovated dwelling in an old farmhouse is located on a wooded park of one hectare, on the edge of a river.
10 minutes from Is sur Tille, 15 minutes from the CEA of Valduc, 20 minutes from the Golden Fleece in Dijon, 30 minutes from the city center of Dijon, and 50 minutes from Beaune.
The park, bordered by the river is a beautiful space to recharge your batteries, play and relax. You will be able to fish in the Ignon at the end of the garden (fishing card to be bought in the village).
The forest and the river banks are also waiting for you for many walks and bike rides...
Tarsul is both an agricultural village, situated in the middle of fields and cows, and a stopover for the pilgrims of Compostela who take the GR7.
The accommodation is composed of two areas: on the ground floor: kitchen, and large living / dining room with wood stove, TV and wifi.
First floor: 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and bathtub.
Note: there are two separate entrances: one for the living rooms (living room, dining room, kitchen) and one for the bedrooms and bathroom. There is a step to be made outside between the two spaces.
The terrace, equipped with a barbecue is open to the garden and overlooks the swimming pool.
