Les Perdreaux et la Forge

The gîte les Perdreaux sleeps 5 and allows you to have your meals together in the living room. Stone and wood renovation and modern and rustic decoration. Ground floor: dining room, fully equipped kitchen, living room with panoramic stove, separate toilet. First floor: 2 bedrooms, one with 1 double bed, the other with 2 single beds and 1 pull-out bed, bathroom with WC. From both levels, you have access to the terrace and the enclosed garden of 100 m². Cot, high chair and children's bathtub.

The gîte la Forge sleeps 3 and combines the charm of stone, wood and metal. Ground floor: large open space with integrated kitchen, dining room and living room. Shower room with Italian shower and separate toilet. Upstairs: a beautiful bedroom (1 double bed and 1 single bed), a second WC and a mezzanine offering an additional single bed. Private enclosed terrace.

Underfloor heating and electricity according to consumption in both gîtes. Parking space.

Chaignay is a small village of just over 500 souls, ideally nestled in the heart of a beautiful region. The capital of Burgundy, Dijon, is only 20 minutes away. No more than 30 minutes to reach the route des Grands Crus at Gevrey-Chambertin and then cross Morey Saint Denis, Vougeot, Nuits St Georges, Beaune, Pommard, Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet. Nearby: hiking, tree climbing, paintball, motocross, Bèze caves...
