Passionate about pastry-making, I decided to study in this field, starting with a CAP in pastry-making, followed by an additional qualification. I then went on to study for a BTM in confectionery, ice cream and catering.
After 5 years working in a pastry shop in Dole, and with a taste for creativity and entrepreneurship, I had the opportunity to open my own business - an opportunity I didn't want to miss.
I want to offer a more modern range of pastries and develop a range of Viennese pastries, using only quality products.
